The Department of 企业Management is vested in shaping the business leaders of the future by developing students in critical areas of business management such as operations, Marketing, 信息系统. The 企业Management major is designed to engage students with innovative concepts, 技术, and approaches to business 领导. The program is designed to prepare students for careers in business by presenting management concepts, 技术, and approaches as they apply to the 领导 and operation of small, 中型, and large or global enterprises. Emphases are placed on planning, 组织, 决策, 人力资源Management, 领导, 运营Management, 以及国际商务.

 

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and 旅游 Management 

The 商学院 and 公共Management (SBPA), Department of 企业Management’s Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and 旅游 Management is  a 2 + 2 program.  It requires either an Associates or Applied Associates of Science Degree in Hospitality Management or Hospitality and 旅游 Management prior to entering the bachelor program. The degree program consists of a specific combination of hospitality management, business management and general education courses that will provide students with a sound working knowledge of not just hospitality management, but of management/领导 in general that will prepare them for professional level 领导 positions in the hospitality industry.

 

B.B.A. Management   

The BBA in Management is designed to prepare students for careers in business by presenting management concepts, 技术, and approaches as they apply to the 领导 and operation of small, 中型, and large or global enterprises. Emphases are placed on planning, 组织, 决策, 人力资源Management, 领导, 运营Management, 以及国际商务. This program requires the successful completion of 123 credits: 33 credits in the major requirement, 34 credits in general requirements and 56 in the ancillary requirements and electives.

Effective fall 2014, the Bachelor of Business 政府 (B.B.A.) in the following areas was discontinued for new and incoming transfer students:

  • Marketing
  • Management资讯系统
  • Procurement and Public Contracting

All three remain in our teach-out program, and with the exception of the B.B.A. in Procurement and Public Contracting, have been incorporated as concentrations as part of the B.B.Management学学士学位. The Bachelor of Business 政府 (B.B.A.) in Management is accredited by the 认证 Council for Business Schools and 项目 (ACBSP).

The concentration in ManagementINFORMATION系统 prepares students for careers in the field of Information Technology (IT) by developing skills in systems analysis and design, 编程, 网络Management, 数据库Management, and Internet web site development

 

Marketing    

The concentration in Marketing prepares students for careers in Marketing management, 销售, 广告, Marketing研究, 零售业, 分布, 国际营销.

 

Logistics and International 贸易 Analytics (LIT) Concentration (available to ALL majors)  

The concentration in Logistics and International 贸易 (LIT) Analytics prepares students for STEM-Business focused global business 物流 and international trade, which incorporates supply chain, 物流, 运输, and international trade analytics. The following Management LIT concentrations:
